Sample @ SBWF 12. Pale hazy golden colour. Fruity honey aroma. Dry with some hints of bitterness. Flavour is light honey, citric.

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with no head. Has a fruity spicy honey aroma. Dry fruity spicy honey flavor with citric woody hints. Has a dry spicy honey finish.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Yellowish golden colour with some slight haze, no head. Aroma is fruity, honeyish along with some fruits and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is citrus fruits, some honey, mild spices as well as some alcoholic burn to it. More complex, but at the same time not as balanced as the other meads from Mjödhamnen.

Bottled 75 cl at SB&WF, first weekend, 2011Hazy pale apricot color, no head. Apple and sweet scent. Dry, apple, wood, cidry taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. Some yeast. Very dry finish.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy pale golden. Dry and citric. Light with some grainy harshness. Lemon domintes honey, alcohol is more prominent here than in the other meads from Mjödhamnen. Peppery warming finish.
