Deep amber color, good beige head. Caramel, worty aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, worty watery. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Typical LA, but some taste at least.

Bottle courtesy of Gnoff. Pours hazy wooden brown with a small creamy goldenish beige head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, overripe citrus, yeasty dough, lemon zest, grass and pine needles. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, tiny sour and malty with sourdough bread, roasted cereal, lemon zest, orange zest, grass, rustic dark bread and hints of caramel and lemon juice. Mouthfeel is soft, round, watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter and malty with sourdough bread, roasted cereal, lemon juice, grass and lemon zest.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2012) Amber colour with a huge, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, orange peel, caramel and a touch of raspberries. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, caramel, rye bread, dried apricots and a fresh citric bitterness in the finish. Rather thin body, with balanced sweetness. Nice and tasty low abv beer.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Amber colour, huge beige head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, toffeeish and wooden. Flavour is caramel, fruity, toffeeish and quite nice ripe fruity notes towards the end. Very pleasant, especially considering the low abv.

Bottle. Obviously light, but still well balanced. Grain. Caramel. Quite hoppy. Refreshing.
