A prize-winning beer that we brew exclusively for De Bierkoning. The fruity, bitter hops and lightly roasted malt complement each other perfectly in this light brown beer. These flavours are accentuated with a little coriander to produce a full aroma of flowers, citrus and a hint of caramel. An irresistible beer that was crowned in the Brussels Beer Challenge with a silver medal in the Herb & Spice category.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Copper coloured with a decent white head. Light, spicy aroma with a touch of orange fruit. Flavours of stone fruits with a yeasty edge and dryish finish. Good.

This one scored really low on smell. It kinda smelled like puke or something. Taste actually scored an 8 though. Weird score for a weird beer.

Hazy orange with a medium off white head. Aroma brett, malt and hoppy hints. Flavour quite a few hops, toasted malt, brett and pine. Finished bone dry and bitter. The more I drink from this brewery the more I like it.

Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Dusty and earthy aroma with grapefruit, clearly not-on-purpose brett. Dry and funky flavour with a touch of cardboard. Acrid bitter finish

Bottle. Thanks to MadsNp. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is yeast, pepper and brett. Medium and smooth body. Taste is very dusty and yeasty with some bretty notes. Infected, perhaps not meant to be?!? Ends dry.
