Can. Almost opaque straw-coloured with a white head that's soon a coat. Mild wheaty funk, clear lactose that makes it smell like strawberries and cream. It's pushing to call this sour but I guess that's an element in the balance between the beer and the creamy berries. A little bit of bitterness. The berries are less vibrant than the fruit in previous variants of this (the Peach Melba Pav and the Lemon Meringue) but again it works pretty well.

GABS Auckland 2018. Pours very pale yellow. Strawberry, lemon juice, light floral character. Light body. Very easy drinking and pretty tasty.
