Bottle. Clear amber with less than a coat of off white head. 3- It sticks around at the rim though. Aroma dominated by rye - earthy and spicy with overdone bread crust. Carbonation is one the low side of moderate which suits it. Really quite feisty rye with a little biscuit to soften it. Even so, it's pretty dry. Towards the end, it's hard to tell where the rye spiciness ends and the bitterness begins. Fine finish. Bolder than expected. Good.
