This Belgian style ale was brewed with pale barley malt for a simple base to the beer, but that's where the simplicity ends. The complex aromas resulting from fermentation with Belgian yeast mingle effortlessly with citrus fruit aromas from copious dry hops of Citra and Galaxy. Multiple additions of orange peel further promote aromas and flavours of citrus. The beer is capped with a fluffy white head and is dangerously drinkable at 6.5%...

Tap. Hazy gold with a dense white head. A: Herbal lemon, orange, peach bubblegum, passionfruit, spiced dough. Lightish bodied, moderate carbonation. T: Spiced dough (vanilla pepper cloves). Not all that sweet. Citrus and light tropical notes. Mod bitter and spicy finish. Pretty good.
