Can. Hazy straw with a white head that flashes away in seconds. Aroma of sourdough, gooseberries - a bit like an uncooked flan. Not very slippery, low carbonation. Nice hints of fruit and funk but pretty light on. Slightly astringent at the end. Refreshing.

Pours yellow with a rapidly dissipating head.Nose shows vanilla, custard, faint lemon.Flavours include soft gooseberry, faint acidity, more vanilla, some doughy wheat,Feels very watery, quite undercarbonated too.
