Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of smoke and bacon. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, bacon, and caramel, leading to a dry smokey finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with a small off-white head. Heavy Bamberg smoke atop some caramel. Medium body, caramellish, solid carbonation, rubberish with thick and greasy smoke. Ends dry. 130612

24/05/2012 Bir&Fud (tap). Bellissimo color mogano, con spettacolari riflessi fulvi, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di malti affumicati, pulitissima, note legnose, lieve luppolatura, perfetta. In bocca ha una grandissima beva, affumicato non spinto, corpo medio-basso, secca, ma non "watery", la giusta via di mezzo. Carbonazione perfetta. Tra le migliori rauchbier mai assaggiate.
