(Can) Pours clear red with brown hue and tiny off-white head. Nice aroma - tart berries, with hints of wine, wood and funk. Light body with good fine carbonation. Good taste too. A nice tart fruity start with some earthy, leather, funky notes developing. The fruitiness is red currants and raspberries. Very nice.

Can. Not quite clear reddish amber with a white head that fades to a dense coat. Aroma of dough, spices, red berries that must be the rose hips and the pinot, red wine vinegar, vanilla-y oak. 7+ Together aroma but the taste is rather vegetal, although it bothered me a bit less after a while. Behind it is some nice moderately funky dough and spices and a slightly astringent as well as woody dry end. Another interesting one.
