Can. Nearly black with a light tan head. Aroma suggests it will be sweet and has caramel, coconut, mocha, a slight earthiness. Very smooth texture. Not as sweet as expected with roasted malt and bitter chocolate pushing the coconut into being a supporting player. Moderate bitterness at the end. Wouldn't have guessed it as strong as 7% ABV. Well put together.

The coconut is dialled back, but it nevertheless makes this a little sweeter than I'm comfortable with. There's lots of roasted malt, plus sarsparilla, coconut and honeycomb. When tasted, the sarsaparilla pushes through, with coconut and some bitter hops to lighten the finish. It's growing on me as I push through, but not one of my favourites.
