Pours dark brown with a quickly fading head.Nose shows soft honey, grapes, apple, pear and booze.Flavours include light honey, green apple, vegetable notes, solvent-like booze and cereal notes.

Bottle. Deep red with a beige head that’s soon a fat coat. 3+ Woody aroma with fresh bark as well as oak, dark honey, prunes, leather. Lighter bodied and not as sweet as suggested by the aroma. Honey, somewhat astringent wood. Lemony, peppery honey finish with some bitterness. Pretty good, interesting. Grew on me as it warmed from about 12C.
