Can. Black, tan head that’s soon a coat. Aroma of coffee, vanilla, roast. Lightish bodied, some hints of oaty smoothness. A little caramel (and whisky) sweet with surprisingly firm roasted notes and decent bitterness to balance. Quite like cold brew coffee, but just about beery enough. I won’t be drinking this at breakfast but you could (and still function, unlike most supposed breakfast stouts). Clever.
