Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, hops, spices, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from Winerack at home. Hazy very slightly NE looking, with a fine frothy head. Aroma is fresh citrus, blueberry, some herb like lemon verbena, maybe it’s the biscuity malt. Nice. Taste is similar with a citric bite and biscuity malt that has a similarly crisp bite. Some lasting bitterness. Smooth palate. Not bad, would get again at HK$38 for a 500ml bottle definitely.

Bottle. Murky amber with a white head. Loud pine and grapefruit aroma with some onion. True to some in the sub-style I guess. Softer on the palate with bread and peach before grapefruit and pine come along. Some mandarin, slight herbal notes. Medium to high bitterness. Picked up after initial impressions.

On tap at Brother’s Beer. Aroma is orange and caramel. Flavour same. Sugary, sweet, bitter fruit. Well balanced and very nice.
