Wheaty, briny, mildly funky and earthy covers the aroma - it’s clear enough there’s rhubarb in there if you know, but I don’t know whether I’d have picked it otherwise. Light bodied, slightly slippery. Tartish - just a funky wheaty twang really - but there’s a kefir like feel that makes it for me. gentle rhubarb, almost no bitterness, moderately salty finish. Refreshing.
