Clear reddish brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of overripe banana, oxidized, cow fodder, honey, malty, some caramel, a bit weird. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very oxidized, sweet, caramel a bit yeasty, cardboard, malty, grains, hay. Aftertaste: a hint of milk chocolate, spicy, some star anise, quite some liquorish, yeasty, banana, meh.

Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, dark fruits, brown sugar, raisins, herbs. Flavour is malty and fruity sweetness, just within the boundaries of tolerable sweetness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, nutty brown with a small, off-white head. Some dark, dried fruits with brown sugars. Solid body, delicious dried, dark fruits, chocolate and brown sugar. Some faint, balancing bitterness. Not the most impressive within the style, but still nice enough. 240123
