Een zinnenstrelend Egmonds winterbier. De rijke geur heeft zowel fruitige als kruidige kenmerken. De volle moutige caramelsmaak met een frisse toets van lindebloesem maakt van Pastorale een hartverwarmend bier. 8,1% vol.

Robijnrood bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet kruidig met iets van drop, wat anijs en een beetje karamel en kaneel. Dit bier smaakt overigens ook uitstekend met Pasen.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, spices, sugar. Taste is the same, sweet, caramel, light malt, light bitter, not bad.

Slightly unclear amber brown colour, small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma roasted sweet malts, caramel, liquorice, molasses. Taste light light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, malty, light roast, caramel, brown candy sugar, spicy notes, bit boozy. Medium body, oily to light sticky texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty and a bit wryish, well-balanced, nice effort.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooi donkerrood met goed beige schuim. Zachte smaak, ook wat vlak voor het percentage, maar lekker. Nu nog een open haard.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight yeasty. Mild metallic, toasted malty and light breadish. Overripe fruity. Toasted malty finish.
