(Bottle) Pours dark brown with good tan head. Nice aroma of dark roast malt. Medium body with good carbonation. Dark roast bitterness and sweetness well balanced. Some creaminess and hints of dark chocolate in the finish. Very good.

Bottle. Black. Chocolate nose. Lovely creamy mouthfeel. Warms up to classic milk stout, less sweet than most, but nicely rounded. Classy.

Bottle. Black with a loose light tan head that collapses. Aroma of chocolate cream fudge, vanilla and other spices. Silky. Less sweet and with heavier roasted malt than anticipated. Spiced black strap licorice. Not so much vanilla. Moderate but insistent bitterness. Fortifying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with an off white head. Chocolate, milk, coffee, chocolate biscuits, creamy. Medium body with higher carbonation than I would like. Good.
