Bottle. Gold, head fizzes away instantly. A: sourdough, red gum in full blossom, old lemons. Slippery, kefir-like texture. Very low carbonation. Moody fruit and dough with honey and lemon acidity that's mellow but persistent. Involving and has plenty of presence for something well under 5%.
