500ml can. Pours bright orange and a little hazy. Strawberry, white grape, passionfruit, rhubarb, sweet lemon syrup stuff, vanilla, bit of a peppery floral finish. Medium body. Very nice.

Can. Poured clear gold until a last drop was pink goop - so I poured the dregs and smelled them: berries. So I dumped the sludge in the glass. Now it's unclear browny gold with a small white head. (After drinking it, I recommend this approach) Aroma of aniseed (I guess that's the fennel pollen), crackers, flowers, strawberries. Light bodied, slightly minerally texture, moderate carbonation. Tastes as it smells really, with a nice balance between crackers, sweet berries and the floral fennel notes. I can't taste the rhubarb as a flavour but can feel its astringency. A bit peppery/ zingy at the end. Refreshing, delicious, original.
