@BFGM13 donker bruin/rood met minimaal witte kraag aroma: kandijsuiker, gerookte-, gebrande- en caramouten smaken: redelijk zoet, karamel, hopbittertje, afdronk: zoet, hopbitter, licht rokerig, best wel goed, ondanks de lage ’rook’ mouten ervaring.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass brown, small head. Malty-dry aroma. Starts strong, malty-dry. A bit rusty. Fruity hints of berries. Finish well balanced, softer malty, still mild-dry. Quite drinkable for its strength. Great beer!

Bottled 33cl (BB 02/2013)
Courtesy of bierkoning, tnx Edo! Dark ruby color, steady medium-sized beige head. Caramel, toffee, vanilla, berries and some wood in the nose. Medium to full bodied. Quite sweet, caramel and some alcohol. In the aftertaste light hops. Smooth nice dessert beer. Can’t trace any "rook".
