Tap at Red Hill. Slightly hazy gold with lovely tight white head that lasts all the way. Floral and somewhat doughy with Meyer lemons and spices. Grainy, slightly doughy and a little toasty with only some citrus but plenty peppery at the dry and moderately bitter finish. Not much going on in the fruity nor funky departments, but liked the punchy finish a lot.
