From a 375ml bottle on 4/3/2018. Pours a deep golden with a small head. Nose is slightly fruity and there is a hint of coconut. Flavour wise, it features some indistinct fruit sweetness followed by a pretty blunt, slightly harsh bitterness. 21IBU doesn't seem quite right. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An odd experience, and a bit of a failure for mine.

Can. Bright amber with an inch of white head. Despite the worrying "inspired by" that I ought to have read, the aroma is quite clean, with lowish key citrus and spice over light grainy bread. Only under there are vague tropical wafty things - toasted coconut, pineapple. Low carbonation. The orderly nature of the aroma doesn’t apply so much to the taste - everything’s there and pleasant enough but it’s a bit jumbled. Sweet; grainy with some coconut, pineapple, and modest bitterness that really struggles to get through the sweetness.

Canned. Grassy, fruity nose. Pours dark golden. Surprisingly timid flavours with limited bitterness. They’re attempting to evoke a pina colada, and the pineapple flavours certainly come through. The coconut adjunct may have given it some of the creaminess. More effective than expected despite not really being on style.
