Translucent orange with a white head that’s soon less than a coat. Aroma of old lemons and guava, funky wheat. The fruit is really well integrated into the aroma and only slightly less so in the taste. Lightish and a bit slippery with lowish carbonation. Fruit and wheaty funk with old lemons. Not very sour at all - it could use a little more zip. But quite refreshing and nicely done. [edit] And after a while there is a little bitterness and the touch of salt Davros mentions
