Pours amber with a small head.Nose shows saison yeast, floral notes and pear.Flavours include more saison notes, lemon and herbal characters.

Can. Gold with a slight haze and a white head that doesn’t last all that well. Mildy funky doughy aroma with citrus and white pepper. I suppose it’s a bit floral, but actual flowers are not obvious. Enticing aroma. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with dough and apricots. Citrus is tangy and there are some spices at the slightly dry and moderately bitter finish. Marigolds more obvious at the end. A plodding on the palate where it wanted to be dry and zesty.
