Aromas of grapefruit, orange, peach, dust and honey. In the mouth, orange peel and grapefruit are prominent with lots of honey and nougat spreading across the tongue. Beautifully balanced, it could probably benefit from some more floral notes, but that's about it.

Can. Clear pale amber with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Very little aroma - some sherbet, mandarin, maybe some pepper. OK but far too shy. But thereβs strong bitterness and a fair bit of pine as well as a little citrus in the bittersweet taste. A bit of boiled sweet character to the malt side of things. Finish is a bit medicinal and plenty bitter.
