Tap. Cloudy pale yellow no head. Aroma of uncooked sweet apple juice with a tart and mildly funky edge. Very light body juicy. Some sweet but mostly slightly tart apples. A little bit of funk. Refreshing but a bit thin. OK. Minimal intervention with this one Iād guess.
