It's got a definite white wine aroma with notes of funk and orange. Nice sour palate. Best drinked at quite a warm temperature.

Pours gold with a large head.Nsoe shows white wine notes, light saison characters, some spicy phenols.Flavours inlcude more white wine, a soft acidity, light peach and pear. Some vegetal notes.Carbonation is crazy high.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of malt and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. Clear gold with a white head that fades to a cm. Somewhat shy aroma of damp hay, old lemons, crackers. 7- Aroma is funky but taste is much more sour than funky and unfortunately rather metallic.Underneath is some grain and hay, gentle citrus. Some problems and a bit underwhelming, but OK and clearly going somewhere interesting.
