500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty and citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of orange, mandarine, gooseberry, a spicy yeasty touch. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly fruity, notes of gooseberry, a touch of citrus, biscuity pale malty basis, cautious funky and spicy yeasty overtones; minimally chalky finish with decline in fruitiness.

500ml bottle. Pours orange. Biscuit, peach, sweet elderflower finish. Delicate, but as such, lacking a little in body and flavour. Fine.

Bottle. Pale amber with a white head. Aroma of mandarins, sherbet, some bread crust, watermelon, musk sticks. Light bodied, refreshing. Fruity with tropical fruit (didn’t smell all that tropical but it builds), lollies, very light bread. Bitterness is fairly low but it’s dry enough at the end that it works. Doesn’t strike me as particularly martial.
