Bottle, 10C. Another good-looking one from the black box: Clear very dark brown with an 3/2 inch light tan head that lasts well. Aroma of oranges, grapefruit, cocoa, biscuit. Sweet with biscuit and stone fruit, chocolate. Mentholish pine. Citrus is lightish but pleasant,bitterness is a bit lower than I would have liked. Tasty but a little flabby - maybe a little colder would have been better.

On tap at 4 Pines, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of roasted malt upfront, followed by piney hoppy bitterness. Flavour has a good balance of piney hops and roasted malt. Nice balance of bitterness and roastiness. Good one.
