Bottle, 9C. Very dark brown, fine doming light tan head that lasts all the way. Aroma dominated by medium roast coffee. Some molasses and berries too. Sweet and slightly creamy with dark bread and lots of coffee. Coffee has a bit of greenness to it. Fairly bitter at the end. Too much coffee, not enough beer.

On tap at 4 Pines, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out candied sweetness and coffee. Flavour is odd, with some strange candied sweetness along with the coffee. Too sweet and unbalanced. Needs work.
