Growler. Rose gold with a small off white head. Spiced caramel aroma with Port poached pears, apricots. Medium bodied with firm toffee and Port flavours but not a lot of sweetness. Intense herbal and woody spices at the end with modest bitterness and a suggestion of sourness. I thought Lapin disjointed and whilst things pop in and out of prominence here (the Port, the spices, the wood) it all hangs together rather better. Interesting as usual.
