Bottle. Hazy pale orange with white mousse that hangs around a while at the rim. Smells of apples - tart flesh, skins. Hints of lemon, cloves. Has some body, pleanant almost creamy texture. A little sweetness with hints of mellow and cooked apples. Decent astringency with some spices at the slightly tingly end. Mildly drying tannins. Clearly contains actual cider apples. Very promising.
