Bottle, 11C. Red with a pink tinged off white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of spiced sweet dough, hibiscus, cherry, wild herbs, dried orange peel. Quite sweet with dough and jaggery-like sugars, but herbal notes are quite strong and counter the sweetness straight away. Dries out a fair bit at the end. There is some bitterness but itβs mainly there as support for the interesting herbal and floral notes. Sorely tempted to knock a point or two off for calling this a Belgian IPA but liked it too well.
