Bottle from Craftissimo at new home. Hazy ruby-amber pour. Aroma is musty fruity hops with some interesting fruity sourness. Taste is quite malty with some spicy citrus bitterness. Again a bit of a musty finish. Not bad but a bit unclear.

Clear reddish beer with a thick, lovely, foamy head. Clouded up a touch as it settled. Flavour really shows the mix of hops. It’s bittersweet and there’s an unspecific mix of citrusy, tropical fruit smells. The flavour is much the same. A complex hoppy mix, the bitter fruit is a very strong taste but it doesn’t linger giving the beer quite a light feel. There’s a resinous quality to it as well and it’s a touch of this along with the hops which dominate the aftertaste. Really nice beer but not one I’d guzzle.

Bottle, 10C. Lovely clear rose amber with a large white head that lasts quite well. Aroma of sticky bread crusts, tropical and stone fruit (passionfruit, mango, peach, kumquat, rock melon. Great smelling beer. Fairly light bodied. The fruit is there but somewhat masked by rye spiciness. Clean with punchy flavours - nice to see something like this at a lowish ABV. Dry and fairly bitter at the end. Refreshing and rather good, but didn’t quite live up to the aroma.
