Bottle. Clear amber with a small white head that lasts very well as a coat. Aroma has is fruity with pears, tropical bubblegum, grass, herbs. A little caramel too. Unusual. Light bodied, lowish carbonation. The taste is quite odd - like there’s a bitter’s malt but with spicy yeast overtones and a jumble of fruit. Peppery and herbal at the end. Perfectly well made, but none of the parts seem to fit well with any of the others.
