Bottle, 9C. Hazy gold with a white head that lasts all the way and laces prettily. Aroma of hay, lime, apricots, spices, flowers. Lighter bodied than last time with less dough. Hay, apricots, spices - more angelica and coriander than juniper - flowers, minerals. Even more than last time, even though you know it’s a gin barrel there’s as much a white wine - say Viognier - element to it. And the way it emerges out of the pale malts is very nice. Alcohol is not obvious at all (until I got up to let the dog out). Long finish has moderate bitterness, lime, coriander, oak. Very good.
