Never had a hopped cider before. A hazy straw colour with a few white bubbles hanging on to the rim. Why would they call it "dark"? High bead. Aroma of apples and apple skins, some floral and grapefruit notes. Tastes of apples - fresh sweet juice, some tartish skin, no cooked sauce-like flavours. Dry finish is slightly astringent and there’s a little bitterness there too. Another pretty decent one from these folks.
