Bottle 0.5l. Almost black colour. Beige long head with good lacing. Aroma is rich of notes like dark fruits, chocolate, cherry in chocolate, roast, the oxidation notes ares much noticeable and very nice. Beer is dry at the beginning with chocolate, coffee notes, medium, roast bitterness and delicate fruity-sweet finish and also subtle sour in aftertatse. Medium to full body, a little bit sticky in the mouth, smooth, soft carbonated. Nice RIS with quite big influence of dark fruits and vintage notes.

500ml bottle, 2014 release. Pours dark with noticeable carbonation and no head. Plums, figs, chocolate, little coffee, sweet orange marmalade, treacle. Medium body with quite heavy carbonation for the style. Very nice.

Shared by Jonno at the RB Bonnenkai 2015. A deep black with a tan head. Umami, heat, charcoal, mesquite and chocolate. The taste is bitter dark chocolate and a bit of smoke. Solid beer that hid the 9% ABV well, I had no idea it was that strong.
