Bottle, 12C. Unclear gold with no head. Low to very low carbonation. Aroma of herbal lemon, honeyed hay, elderflowers. Sweet hay, lemon juice and zest, herbs. Very gentle sourness, mild funky notes come through right at the end. Like a (cold) mellow version of a whisky toddy.

Pours orange/amber with pretty much no head.Nose shows funky herbal notes with catnip characters and dandelion along with unripe berry notes. Somewhat musty.Tart flavours, more herbal notes with the hawthorn berry quite prominent. Hard to pick much out but it’s pretty interesting.Carbonation could be higher.
