From a 330ml bottle on 26/1/2015. Pours a moderately cloudy medium golden with the barest of heads.Has a light fruity nose with some yeast in the mix. Take a sip and there’s some sweet stone fruit (apricot) with a firm, slightly salty, dry bitterness coming over the top. Has a light body and lowish carbonation. On the first sip, I didn’t think much of it, but it really grew on me as is warmed up and went down. A bit rough but pretty decent.

Pours amber with a small fading head.Nose shows sweet clean malt and a faint spicy hops note. Very subtle.Same story with the flavours. Some sweet malt with cardboard notes and a cooked corn character, a bit of caramel followed by a soft spicy hops note and assertive bitterness.Could use more carbonation.A bit optimistic to call this highly hopped.

Bottle, 10C. Pale amber with a small white head that doesn’t hang around long. Gentle aroma of oranges and passionfruit, toast. Fairly low carbonation. Toasty sweetness, strong lingering bitterness tinged with grapefruit, pine, bitter oranges. Get the feeling this was supposed to have more zip to the aroma, but I like the way the big bitter finish manages to be sunny rather than harsh.
