Pours pale amber with a fading head.Nose shows elderflower, horseblanket, floral notes and soft doughy yeast.Very acidic flavours but with a little sweetness underneath. Very tart, some funky yeast is present too.Needs more carbonation, feels a little flat at the moment.

[3/14] Bottle, 10C. Hazy gold with a coat of white head. Aroma of wheaty funk and peaches, cloves, pepper. Sweet peaches initially, then wine vinegar tartness, wood and spices sweep through. Sourness lingers. Elegant, refreshing beer. [3.6] Bottle marked as 2015. Clear gold with a scant coat. Much as last time, although I wouldn’t pick peach at all. Hay and grain, gentle stone fruit. Again, the impression of wine vinegar, but there’s no acid on the palate. This is understated but rather more substantial than you’d guess. An elegant beer an interesting I’d drink again.
