Pours amber with a large lasting head.Aroma of honey, white wine, sweet malt, sultanas and some light fruity hops.Flavours include more honey and sweet malt with soft banana, sultana and fortified wine notes. Some booze later on along with a metallic note.Way too much carbonation.

Is there anything Red Duck can’t do? This one is even better than their Hoppy Amber, which I love. There is such a depth of character to this beer, with loads of flavours, including honey, watermelon, rockmelon, grapefruit, orange and coriander. It was a genuine shock to read that this is a 9% beer. Just a ripper.

Bottle, 11C. Clear pale amber with a huge white head that obscures the aroma a bit until it collapses to an inch. Aroma of peach bubblegum, zesty grapefruit, lemon, oranges, pine. A little bit window-cleanerish. Lots of stone and citrus fruits, hay, pepper, pine. Dry finish with strong bitterness. Light creamy texture, fairly high carbonation. Pepper, grapefruit and a little pine linger. Swingeingly hoppy.
