[10/13] Bottle. Gushed a bit. Cloudy yellow, some white mousse remains at the rim. Aroma of sweet but mostly tart apples, some cooked notes. Lush sweetness is brief, quite acid, drying musty skins. Good, straightforward stuff. [3.5] [10/15] 2014 version is 7.5% ABV. Quite thin, lowish carbonation. Tart with proper cider apples and a little vanilla. a great match for cave aged cheddar. [3/17] Failed to read my own gusher warning. Lacks a bit of body, but otherwise has everything going for it - sweet, sour, skins, acid, flowers. Can I really be the only rater of this?
