Bottle. Dark brown with a small tan head. Modest aroma of chocolate, treacle, apples. Medium bodied. Quite roasty with chocolate dark sugars, some cold coffee, hints of berries and apples; balancing, slightly spicy bitterness. Not sure whether that slight applish tanginess is supposed to be there but I like it.

Bottled 33 cl from Crown Cellars, Launceston. Sampled on August 7, 2013.Black color, small brown head. Sweet, malty, roasted scent, Some chocolate as well. Malty, roasted, chocolate taste. Roasted aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
