Bottle. Black with a tan head that is very soon less than a coat. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, licorice, vanilla, oak. Medium-bodied, lowish carbonation. Quite chocolaty but not very sweet. Some coffee, red berries, licorice, cinamon and pepper. Lots of vanilla, oaky finish. Nice stuff - complex, well balanced, obvious woody notes that don’t overmatch the beer.
