Cask (first for me in this country) at Red Hill. Slightly hazy amber with a good coat of cream head. Dusty aroma of apricot, flowers, pepper, fair bit of caramel. Soft mouthfeel. Sweetish with caramel and apricot, sharpish peppery bitterness, slightly soapy. Solid, convincing.
