2006 bottle. Clear rose gold, still. Aroma of cooked and freshly cut apples, vanilla. Light-bodied. Sour and tinglingly acidic with some sweet cooked apples and a woody dry finish. Astringency lingers - good with sharp cheddar, a little wearing by itself.
