Soft cereals, a bit of breadiness, some light yeast, lots of apple. Thin mouth feel, almost no carb. Finish is semi sweet, musty paper, and old apples.

Can: Poured an orangey color ale with a light foamy head with minimal retention and light lacing. Aroma of malt with light ester and some unrefined notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal with light unrefined notes with some ester and residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK Belgian ale but malt bill could be cleaner with more attenuation.

Canette, 33 cl, meilleure avant 15/06/2026, de et avec Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), chez Philippe Boutin, savourée le 3 février 2024; œil : orangée, limpide, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : malt, léger houblon, très léger caramel; bouche : léger houblon, malt, léger toffee, très légère astringence, léger alcool, finale en malt avec légère présence de houblon, corps moyen, carbonatation moyenne, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

330ml can. Pours a clear amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of caramel malt, red apple, orange peel, Belgian yeast, honey and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, candi sugar, orange peel, Belgian yeast, pear and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A bit sweet, but not bad.

On tap @White Pony (Padova). Dorata viva, intensa, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, abbastanza persistente. Al naso note di frutta candita, bubblegum, esteri, frutta gialla, etilico. In bocca è abboccata, con amaro leggero a bilanciare e una punta acidula, non particolarmente secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Si beve, nulla più.

Aroma: Fruity sweet with slight bubblegum. Flavour: Sweet ripe fruits with tangy bitter finish. Colour: Golden amber with a white head.

F: medium, off-white, not long lasting. C: deep gold to amber, hazy. A: caramel malt, honey, bit fruity, banana, vanilla. T: honey, caramel, fruity, bit spicy, banana, low bitterness and too sweet but in some way partially enjoyed, medium to full body, low carbonation, 33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Leuven.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours relatively hazy loaded gold with white foam. Aroma is caramel and some citrus. Body is medium-dense with good carbonation. Taste is well balanced, with some predominance of bitterness. Finish, however, is long and sweet.
