Pours dark amber with a small, white head.Nose shows some caramel and toffee along with some diacetyl.Similar flavours, soft caramel and toffee.Feels a bit watery.Reasonable but not going to blow anyone’s mind.

From a 640ml bottle on 16/9/2012. Pours a dark copper with close to nil head. Has a moderate sweet caramel malt aroma. Flavour wise, this is very malty, with more caramel, toffee and brown sugar in the mix, with some subtly spicy hops. The body is light to medium and the carbonation average. This is actually a good Aussie crack at an English bitter, and would be terrific for a session at 4.4%. Quite under-rated on here imo.

Bottle (640ml), 11C. Amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral with peach, light caramel, pears, a little pepper. Light bodied verging on watery, low carbonation. Modest flavours - caramel, fruit, light spices. Slightly earthy. Balancing bitterness. Dry and peppery at the end. Tried this a while ago and liked it better this time. Does what it came to do.
