Tap. Just hazy orange with a modest white head. Not convinced it was poured to its advantage. Aroma of pears, oranges, apples, grain, spices and the barn. Sweet and sour fruits with rather modest bitterness. Sourish dough, light cheese, vanilla, pungent coriander and white pepper. Didn’t love the fruit and the balance wasn’t quite there, but the feral tartness is exciting.
